OCS Titan Athletics Participation Instructions 2024-25

 

Is your Jr/Sr child interested in trying out for one of our Titan Athletic Teams for the 2024-25 school year?

 

The application for athletic participation will only be submitted electronically, and can be found here: https://www.odysseycharterjrsr.com/athletic-clearance or can be directly accessed on the Athletic Clearance website: athleticclearance.com

 

All students will be required to complete, submit, and receive verification of clearance prior to being allowed to participate in athletics at Odyssey Charter School. This includes participation in conditioning, tryouts, practices, contests, and approved off-season activities.

2024-25 Back-to-School Sports Physicals (*ECG not incl.)

 

Don’t wait until the last minute to complete your EL2- Participation Physical Evaluation!

OCS is offering Summer Sports Physicals on a first-come, first-serve basis. Summer Sports Physicals will be completed by Brian Hackett PA-C, Orthopedic Surgery.

 

When: July 13, 2024 @ 9am- 1:00pm (by appointment only)

Where: OCS Gymnasium

• Must sign up using the Calendly link below 

• Must bring $30 *CASH ONLY*

• Must bring a PRINTED EL2 (*NEW) which can be found on our website https://www.odysseycharterjrsr.com/athletic-clearance  (One will not be provided for you)

ATHLETIC CLEARANCE:

All students will be required to complete, submit, and receive verification of clearance prior to being allowed to participate in athletics at Odyssey Charter School. This includes participation in conditioning, tryouts, practice, contests, and approved off-season activities. 

 

In order to successfully complete this process, read the entire document on our Athletic Clearance page before starting the registration process and be sure to have all required documents scanned in order to be uploaded when prompted.

 

The parent or legal guardian must register the student athlete and use the parent’s or legal guardian’s email address. The student-athlete will be required to sign all portions, as well as the parent or legal guardian.
